This notice applies to taploe.com, its subdomains, forms, checkout pages, the Taploe platform, digital profiles, NFC cards, QR codes, Taploe Pro, Taploe for teams and any related Taploe product or service.
By browsing the site, placing an order, creating an account, activating a card, using a digital profile, uploading information to the platform or hiring any Taploe service, you agree to the handling of your personal information under this Privacy Notice.

2. Definitions
Taploe means the brand, website, platform, physical products, digital products, NFC cards, digital profiles and related services.
User or customer means any person who browses the site, buys products, activates cards, creates profiles, manages information, hires services or uses the Taploe platform.
Taploe platform means the digital system used to activate cards, manage digital profiles, update information, upload logos, manage links, view metrics, configure campaigns and use features available under the purchased product or plan.
Digital profile means the digital contact page managed by the user and shared by link, QR code or NFC card. NFC Business Card means a physical card that can open a digital profile or configured link through NFC and/or QR code.
3. Information we may collect
Taploe may collect information according to the type of interaction, purchase, service or platform use. This may include identification data, contact details, company information, profile photos, logos, shipping and billing details, purchase history, tax information, activation data, account data and support requests.
Digital profiles may include information the user uploads or manages, such as name, role, company, photo, logo, phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social links, custom links, contact buttons, calendar links, location, biography, QR code and public profile information.
When a user activates NFC cards or uses the platform, Taploe may collect activation codes, card identifiers, linked profile status, activity logs, profile changes, settings, subscription status, clicks, visits, campaign data and approximate technical information.
Technical data may include IP address, device type, browser, operating system, visit date and time, pages visited, interactions, traffic source, cookies, technical identifiers, performance data, error logs and information needed for security or fraud prevention.
4. Customer-provided content
Customers may upload or update information directly in the Taploe platform. The customer is responsible for ensuring that uploaded information is accurate, current, authorized and lawful.
Taploe is not responsible for incorrect, outdated, unauthorized or improperly uploaded information provided by a user, administrator or contracting company.
5. Card personalization and logos
For standard custom products, the customer may upload a business, brand or company logo for card personalization. Taploe does not request or allow full customer-designed card layouts in the standard checkout flow unless a separate quote or special service is agreed.
The provided logo may be used to personalize the NFC card, prepare print or engraving files, display the brand inside the digital profile, create previews or mockups and improve the final product presentation. Taploe may make basic technical adjustments when needed for production quality.
6. Sensitive personal information
Taploe does not intentionally request sensitive personal information for ordinary operation of its products and services. Users should avoid uploading sensitive information to profiles, links, photos, descriptions, forms, files or any platform field.
If a user voluntarily publishes sensitive information in a digital profile, the user does so at their own risk. Taploe may remove, hide or restrict content considered sensitive, risky, illegal or contrary to applicable terms.
7. Primary purposes

9. Public digital profiles
Information published in a digital profile may be visible to anyone with access to the link, QR code or NFC card. Taploe does not control who scans, saves, shares, screenshots or uses information that the user publishes in their own digital profile.
10. Visitors, metrics and Taploe Pro
