What does a Taploe NFC card include?
Includes physical card, editable digital profile, NFC and QR code for sharing your information.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The profile opens in the compatible phone browser.
Can I update my information?
Yes. You can update details, links and social profiles from your Taploe account or access.
Does the profile expire?
No. Products listed as one-time payments do not expire.
How long does production take?
Estimated production and preparation time is usually 5 to 7 business days after design confirmation.
Can I use my logo?
Yes. For customizable products, you can send your logo so we can adapt it to the design.
Are there refunds?
There are no refunds for digital products, personalized products or orders already in production.
Can I buy for my team?
Yes. Taploe for teams lets you manage profiles and cards for multiple people.
